- 要求的基本资格： Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering 机械工程或制造工程学士或硕士学位 Must have strong oral and written communications skills in English and Chinese. 必须具备良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。 Good interpersonal, presentation and customer service skills. 良好的人际关系，演讲和客户服务技巧。 Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, construct schematics and work flow diagrams. 能够阅读和理解工程图纸，构建原理图和工作流程图。 PREFERRED Qualifications: 资格： Basic knowledge of Pro/Engineer and Moldflow. SAP ERP的工作知识。 LEAN manufacturing training and experience a plus. 精益制造培训和经验加分。 Over 3 years of experience in similar position. 3年以上类似职位的经验。 Past experience with leadership is a plus. 过去的领导经验是一个加分。 Principle Accountabilities / Duties: 原则责任/职责： Prepare quotation on new projects. 准备新项目的报价。 Involve early in customer’s new product development (early supplier involvement). 早期参与客户的新产品开发（早期供应商参与）。 Must function a part of a cross functional team to support tooling development and assembly operations. 必须是跨职能团队的一部分，以支持工具开发和组装操作。 Analyze data to determine root cause and implement corrective actions surrounding product issues. 分析数据以确定根本原因并实施有关产品问题的纠正措施。 Analyze product inspection and test data reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications. 分析产品检验和测试数据报告，以确定设计是否符合功能和性能规格。 Confer with other engineering personnel and prepares design modifications as required. 与其他工程人员交流，并根据需要准备设计修改。 Evaluate inspection or test results for possible improvements of existing builds. 评估检查或测试结果，以便对现有构建进行可能的改进。 Coordinate engineering activities with the customer and inside the factory to resolve production problems. 协调与客户和工厂内部的工程活动，以解决生产问题问题。 Develop and updates documentation to establish production methodology and requirements. 制定和更新文档以建立生产方法和要求。 Identify and coordinate the construction of any tooling and fixtures as required for product assembly, inspection and product movement. 根据产品装配要求识别和协调任何工具和夹具的结构, 检查和产品运动。 Possible periodic travel to other Tontec locations to support customer’s visits and product production transfer. 可定期前往其他Tontec地点，以支持客户的访问和产品生产转让。 May include possible team leadership that may or may not include direct report responsibilities. 可能包括或不包括直接报告职责的团队领导。
