职位介绍: Position/Title: Production Technician生产技术员 Educational requirements Junior college or above, Preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 大专或以上学历，机械工程、航空航天工程、制造工程或相关领域优先。 Language Skill Basic English reading and writing abilities, able to understand and comply with relevant work instructions and standards. 基本的英语读写能力，能够理解并遵守相关作业指导书和标准。 Qualification requirements • Minimum of five years related experience. • If you have experience in aviation maintenance, it can be relaxed to three years' working experience. 至少5年以上相关工作经验如有民航维修经验，可适当放宽至三年 Job Responsibilities • Perform the inspection, repair, and testing of landing gear components according to the production plan, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. • Follow relevant process specifications to ensure repair procedures and operations comply with quality requirements and safety standards. • Responsible for the cleaning, painting, and assembly of landing gear components, ensuring their quality and integrity. • Assist team members in resolving technical issues during the production process and provide technical support. • Evaluate whether landing gear components need replacement or repair based on maintenance records and test results and report promptly. • Participate in the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure its proper operation. • Adhere to company safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure workplace safety and environmental protection. • Participate in team training and skill improvement activities to continuously enhance professional knowledge and abilities. • 根据生产计划对起落架部件进行检查、维修和测试，确保及时性和准确性。 • 遵循相关工艺规范，确保维修程序和操作符合质量要求和安全标准。 • 负责起落架部件的清洁、喷漆和组装，确保其质量和完整性。 • 协助团队成员解决生产过程中的技术问题，并提供技术支持。 • 根据维护记录和测试结果评估起落架部件是否需要更换或维修，并及时报告。 • 参与生产设备的维护和维修，确保其正常运行。 • 遵守公司安全法规和操作程序，确保工作场所安全和环境保护。 • 参与团队培训和技能提升活动，不断提升专业知识和能力。 Specific Job Skills（ if any） • Work experience in aerospace manufacturing or maintenance, particularly in landing gear overhaul, is preferred. • Familiarity with the structure and working principles of landing gear components, knowledge of relevant maintenance and testing methods. • Basic mechanical operation and tool usage skills, with a focus on quality control and safety awareness. • Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, able to adapt quickly to the work environment and collaborate within a team. • Good communication and problem-solving skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments. • 有航空制造或维修工作经验者优先，尤其是起落架大修经验者优先。 • 熟悉起落架部件的结构和工作原理，了解相关的维护和测试方法。 • 基本的机械操作和工具使用技能，注重质量控制和安全意识。 • 较强的学习能力和团队合作精神，能够快速适应工作环境，并能在团队中进行协作。 • 良好的沟通和解决问题的能力，能够有效地与团队成员和其他部门合作。
