职位介绍: Job Description: Your responsibilities: * You will be part of parts qualification (PPAP) and Supplier quality management (On-Site for new suppliers and Ariba online), Supplier assessment (audit for existing suppliers as required), Contractor qualification. * Supplier development (Mainly Supplier Sustainability Development Program) * Supplier performance improvement and monitoring, Complex NCR resolution. * Follow up supplier related OPQ and claim recovery status, involved in escalated claim support. * Draft quality control plan according to criteria and requirements and monitor the execution at supplier side. * Driving continuous improvement project or Kaizen. * Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background: * Technical University bachelor's degree at least. * 5+ years of quality management experience in production company. * Knowledge in the area of modern quality management methods and techniques. * Ability to read technical documentation. * Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Familiar with DMAIC, A3 ,8D,FEMA methodology. * Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP systems. * Team player attitude, client orientation and passion for detail. * Must have experience of industrial area, knowledge of machining, casting, painting, transformer experience as a plus. * ISO 9001 internal auditor, ISO 16949 Internal Auditor as a plus. * Good command of English.
