Main Tasks: 1.Responsible for the overall management of the project, collecting business requirement, determining the business requirement plan according to the targets assigned by the group and the company; 2.Formulated the implementation plan according to the project staging plan, decomposed the work objectives, organized the project team members to implement them, and controlled the whole process of the implementation; 3.Responsible for overall project progress management, guiding and supervising the implementation of quality management 4.Responsible for coordinating with the business departments to achieve the project target and delivery results as expected 5.Building long-term relationship with US teams to improve product life-cycle. Stakeholders and customer management; 6.Driving deep and design/redesign processes for existing as well as new business lines / geos expansion; Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - strong in dealing with ambiguity. Qualifications: 1.10+ years of program or project management experience, working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams with major ERP (Oracle, SAP) or other accounting/purchasing systems, Zoho ERP and deluge development experience is preferred 2.Experience supporting business functions to set and effectively manage expectations, project deliverable, and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise 3.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements 4.Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership 5.Experience managing business process improvement and/or technology projects with tight schedules 6.Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) modelling, and experience with data analytic 7.Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes 8.Advanced presentation skills and the ability to guide and influence leadership 9.Experience with complex problem solving and using Lean / Six Sigma techniques a plus Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
