A successful UXUI Designer at BMW is defined as a skilled advocate to strengthen the relationship between brand and customers through user experience design and high-quality visual design with creativity and passion. Responsibilities • Design, conceptualize, and create customer-centric mobile app projects across the entire • product lifecycle, keeping up with the app upgrades and launches of vehicles. • Analysis the customer experience solution from competitors, technology, market trends and other industry. • Contribute to develop product UX/UI strategy and play a key role on defending product UI/UX roadmap, new features and user experience design based on an integrated. • Understanding of customer’s behavior, business direction, anticipated market trends and the possibilities of technology for China market. • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to lean, cross-functional teams. • Be autonomous. You'll take full ownership your work, and have responsibility for all design details along the way. • Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience designing mobile application experiences. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in interactive design, computer science, fine/media arts, or a related field. • Familiar with HMI, mobile APP design, attention to visual details, ability to output high-quality UI deliverables, and motion design, animation as a plus. • Have experience in launched projects. • A strong, diversified portfolio of detailed product design work • Comprehensive understanding of applying the methodologies of user-centric interaction design and research to solve complex business problems. • Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Flinto, Illustrator, AE or other tools for generating UI, UX and prototype. • Solid communications in English (verbal and written) • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration. • Good workflow sorting, document summarizing and organizing ability. • Good collaboration abilities and positive work attitude.
