职位介绍: Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Senior Sustainability Manager to organize, coordinate, implement, monitor and follow up on sustainability initiatives in close collaboration with different stakeholders from internal and external. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to integrate circular economy principles into the sustainability workstreams, aligning with the House’s sustainability ambition to maximize resource efficiency, waste reduction, and material reuse and recycle. Drive energy and green building program across the property portfolio and build a wider sustainability framework in line with the House’s sustainability objectives including energy efficiency, green and healthy building, project management, net zero planning, decarbonization, and stakeholder engagement. Identify and maintain awareness of current and emerging technologies, tools and methods as they impact the delivery of internal sustainability workstreams. Collect and update market information and regulatory evolution of sustainable development under local context.
