职位介绍: IT Application and Project Management director will work with business team to build application roadmap and execute plan to ensure business workflow efficiency and data integration capacity across research, development, clinical development and finance management through IT system and project implementation globally. This role also needs assess business requirement and initiate project to deliver suitable software solution with industry best practice or internal development. Job Responsibilities: · Build application portfolio and roadmap with aligning business strategy, also ensure high standard delivery of application service for all business unit in Hutchmed · Identify opportunity to streamline R&D, Commercial, CMC and Finance process and improve process efficiency by introducing suitable application systems · Establish a business intelligence and enterprise performance management system to visualize data and trends for critical business processes · Drive company wide data integration and data management strategy, and enable seamless integration of vital processes across systems · Lead application security with compliance with regulation, industry guidance and audits · Drive application adaption and user experience to make system utilized effectively · Develop strong relationship with business stakeholders and partners to ensure effective delivery of application services Requirements: · Proven leadership and creativity in the development of IT solutions to meet business requirements · Bachelor/Master degree and 8+ years application or management experience · Strong application project management skill and experience · Excellence communication, clear thinking and analysis skill · Knowledge of application architecture and major programming languages · Healthcare experience preferred · Experience in Veeva Vault is a plus
