- 岗位职责: 1.根据MBC的指导方针，转换，执行和实施MRA质量环3装焊车间的质量要求和标准。Transfer, implement and realize the quality requirements and standards of QFL3 body shop according to the MBC guidelines. 2.支持项目或装焊线变更投入要素的制定和跟踪，例如组织机构需求，预算，设备规划，培训计划，人员素质，质量目标和投产支持等等。Support in creation and follow up the project or body shop production line modification input factors such as organization needs, budget, equipment planning, training plan, staff qualification, audit plan, quality target and launch support, etc. 3.根据任务里程碑和扩充需求，定期制定项目回顾和状态报告，监督任务完成进度。Create regular project reviews/ status reports & monitor the master timeline in terms of milestones achievements/ required escalations. 4.执行和实现MBC质量概念。 Implementation and realization of MBC Quality Concept. 5.为质量区域规划工厂布局，设备以及制定检测计划。Layout, equipment and inspection planning for quality areas. 6.在试装和产量爬坡阶段根据数据文件建立和定期更新控制计划。Establish and regular update of control plan for QFL3 with supported documents during production test and ramp phase. 7.作为全面质量放行的前提，支持内部质量放行的规划。Support in planning the internal QM-Releases (Product and Process) as prerequisite for the overall Q-Release. 8.针对装焊车间相关质量标准，与德方专家建立强有力的关系。Build strong relationship with German experts for body shop standards. 9.作为质量计划科资产档案管理协调员，在其他工程师的支持下，总体控制质量计划科的资产归档管理工作。As QM planning asset archive coordinator, overall control the asset archive management with supported from other engineers. 任职资格: 1. 汽车制造或机械工程专业，至少3年以上整车行业工作经验，质量或者生产计划部门优先； University Degree in automotive field or in mechanical/ industrial engineering, At least 3 years work experience in vehicle industry preferred in quality, or production planning department, 2. 掌握质量管理和流程相关知识；Quality management and process oriented knowledge are expected 3. 具备项目管理和协调经验；Experienced in project management and coordination. 4. 很强问题分析和解决技能，易于团队合作；Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a willingness to work in a team environment. 5. 熟练运用办公软件（PPT, Excel, MS-project, Access），熟练运用英文交流（口语和书面）Familiar with MS office (PPT, Excel, MS- Project, Access), Excellent of English (spoken and written),
