1.Improve human resources related rules and regulations and supervise their implementation to ensure the orderly development of daily business
2.Organize the specific implementation of recruitment, training, performance, salary and employee relationship management, etc.
3.Responsible for handling employee onboarding, labor contract signing, renewal, social security, change, resignation and other related management matters, follow-up assessment of new employees during the probation period, and form corresponding file information
4.Monitor employee attendance and services such as insurance processing
5.Responsible for coordinating the establishment of various management systems and rules of the administrative management system, establishing and improving the business process of administrative management, and providing efficient internal services for all employees
6.Responsible for coordinating the company's or department's fixed assets, office supplies, optimizing office environment, employee activities and benefits, improving employee satisfaction and other daily operations
7.Responsible for coordinating the external communication and coordination of the administrative department, such as customer review, company internal and external communication, government reception, project coordination, etc.
8.Coordinate and facilitate the general administrative needs of all departments
9.Responsible for coordinating the internal service work of various projects of the factory, such as canteen, cleaning, administrative vehicles, dormitories, etc.
Education： Bachelor’s degree, HR management or related.
- Minimum 5 years working experience, FMCG industry is preferred
