职位介绍: 业务运营总监岗位职责：向运营副总裁汇报工作，成为跨职能团队的领导者，负责罗布乐思及其用户社区的实际运营管理与应用发布、应用性能优化、营销推广、合规监测、客户支持等相关的活动和流程分析用户数据，包括用户留存、变现、参与度和在线评论，以确定产品问题和改进方向在产品、工程、信任和安全、法务、财务和营销等跨职能部门的支持下，负责并推动项目的优先顺序通过口头和书面陈述向高管团队和其他部门报告我们的用户健康状况。必须能够在高管在场的情况下总结关键发现。管理与我们的出版合作伙伴腾讯公司的日常沟通和业务节奏，以履行与直播运营相关的职责。岗位要求：至少有7年的手游或网络游戏的策划和运营经验。有在线社交媒体平台运营的经验亦可对用户获取、留存、变现和参与度之间的动态关系有深刻的了解有能力管理多个学科和团队的项目，并最终能够推动产出成果有解决客户支持团队和客户支持问题的经验有很强的组织能力，注重细节，有使用项目管理工具的经验（JIRA、Trello等）有团队合作精神精通英语和中文。熟练掌握日语，有国际环境工作经验者优先对行业有很深刻的理解和认识。热爱游戏者更佳 Director, Business Operations You Will: Report to the VP of Operations and be the cross functional team leader to live operate Luobu and its user community Manage activities and processes associated with app release, app performance optimization, marketing promotions, compliance monitoring, customer support, and others Analyze user data including retention, monetization, engagement and online reviews to identify production issues and areas of improvement Own and drive project priorities with cross functional support from product, engineering, trust and safety, legal, finance, and marketing Report on the health of our users to the executive team and other departments through verbal and written presentations. Must be able to summarize key findings with executive presence Manage day-to-day communications and rhythm of business with our publishing partner Tencent for responsibilities associated with live operations You Are: Minimum 7 years of experience in the planning and operation of mobile or online games Experience managing the operations of online social media platforms is also acceptable Possesses solid understanding of the dynamics between user acquisition, retention, monetization & engagement Ability to manage projects across multiple disciplines and teams, ultimately being able to drive results. Previous interactions resolving customer support teams and customer support issues Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and project management tool experience (JIRA, Trello, etc.) Team player mentality Proficient in English and Chinese communication. Proficiency in Japanese and experience working in an international environment is a big plus Strong industry understanding and knowledge. Avid gamer a plus
