职位介绍: WMS Business Consultant Direct Reporting Line: Senior Manager IT Distribution Location: Baodi, TianJin Province Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: As a member of the Level 2 Support Team in Asia Pacific, this person’s prime responsibility is to support the daily operation and its future growth of our automated Distribution Centre in the TianJin Province of China. And in addition, he/she is required to provide standby or backup support for other Distribution Centers in this region. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business community to help drive business decisions and re-engineer business processes; take a complex abstract level need as described by Subject Matter Experts and break it down to the individual requirements that would aggregate to fulfill that need • Participate in new process implementation activities • Translate business requirements into External / Internal design documentation • Confirm business requirements, draft clear and concise specifications and documentation • Leverage functionality of WMS application to satisfy requirements from multiple business units and to facilitate business process improvement and innovation • Assist in the development of process and functional scripts in preparation for Integration and User Acceptance Testing • Provide functional and technical system support to the user community • Develop and execute test scenarios required to verify system enhancements and new business application modules/releases • Provide input into the future Functionality, Implementation Methodology and Customization Standards • Driving issue resolution and escalating when appropriate Key Relationships: • IT Manager and IT Business Consultant • Subject Matter Experts (Business Users) • Technical experts managing other systems (e.g. MHE) in the warehouse • adidas internal level 3 application support • Software vendor’s customer support • Other internal adidas competence centers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Knowledge of PL/SQL and relational database systems (Oracle preferred) • Wide range of technology knowledge in complex distribution centers including WMS, WCS, MHE and Business Intelligence • Manhattan WMOS, Labor Management and Supply Chain Intelligence (or any other reporting in Cognos environment) experiences are a plus • Must be self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. • Ability to work individually or in a team environment Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field • Min 5 years of experience working in a Distribution Warehouse environment • Experience with WMS implementation is preferred • Fluency in English and Mandarin
