职位介绍: Job summary The Associate Director is responsible for defining MBi, delivering market insight and meaningful media experience strategies for multiple clients as well as contributing to new business pitches. Job description： - Partner with SP teams to drive best business outcomes and effective, innovative media plans for multiple clients - Define the MBi, by exploring culture, competition, customer and brand environment in conjunction with Insights and Audience Architect teams to identify growth potential for clients- Own the Mx Brief together with the Client & Mx Development leaders - Fuel Client teams in full understanding of Brands, Consumers, Industries and Markets - Play a senior role at local level in selection, management and sharing of great Havas work and the HMG awards, alongside the Mx Media Creative leader - Find best in class examples from within and outside of Havas and share broadly - Train and manage best practice delivery, on product and process roll out - Coordinate and support Global Strategy teams on global and/or multi-markets clients Qualifications： - Previous Experience & Industry Background - 10+ years professional experience in strategic planning，Media, Brand, Consultancy - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising - Languages: English (Advanced)
