- 全英文工作环境,听说读写都有应用场景 客户是一家美资投行,负责其上海研发中心的人力资源工作 主要的工作以员工入离职信息管理,为员工提供人力资源政策的解答服务 朝十晚七,周末双休 15天年假,足额交金 Responsibilities Responsible for HR processes operation across the employee life cycle; Ensure Employee data are accurately maintained and timely updated in HR System(e.g. Workday); Provide support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines and day-to-day HR enquiries, e.g. leave management, certificate related; Manage regular and ad-hoc reports to facilitate data driven decision making; Support in any ad hoc projects as required Skills & experiences required Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines Minimum 2 years of HR operations experience working across in sizable platforms Detail minded, flexible and a great team player Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday Good command of English, Mandarin
