- 职责描述： • Lead filling/packing lines design and project delivery On Time In Full, including line integration design /URS /Machinery selection / project execution / installation & commissioning / training/ handover. • Work as packing technical solution provider, offer low cost automation solution expertise to project team and production team to achieve operation targets in area of packing. • Work closely with BG/BU engineering and Factory engineering, ensuring the project implemented is in line with Unilever standards and Best Practice. • Use WCM EEM approach to manage projects and standardize the documentation and Way of Working. • Provide filling/packing technical supports to factories. • Present in global Filling/EOL Technology Platform and lead/drive the TP within cluster. • Machinery Safety design, zero incident for construction. • Carry out other related work as assigned by line Manager. 任职要求： • University degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical or Automation • 5 + years experience with multinational company, FMCG industries experience is a plus • Proficient with spoken and written English for daily working communication • Familiar with computer software, esp. AutoCAD, MS project • Strong Problem Solving and Change management skill • PMP Certified is a plus
