- 职责描述： Report to: • Head of System Engineering & Advanced Development China Position Description: • Be familiar with system solution in below or/and ▪ Beyond Powertrain (Brake / Vehicle Access / Smart Cabin) ▪ Non-Automotive (2-wheeler / Non-road mobile machinery) • Secure and extend business through active support in Sales acquisition • Focus on innovation foundation for future profitable growth in Beyond Powertrain or Non-Automotive through maximum reuse existing technology/products/invest • Support electrification business growth through innovation products / concepts fitting to E mainstream portfolio / strategy • Guidance on Generic System Requirements Engineering for BU and PL • Drive product portfolio development from technical side and represent technical interests to customer • Fast track of industry hotspots and legislation deeper technical analysis • Initiate improvement / new ideas for product design in terms of functionality and cost optimization • Centralized drive Cross Product Lines and Cross BU expertise exchange • Leading-self, within worldwide working scope (Experience in leading-people is preferred) Experience & Skills • Technical background • Be expertise with system solution and system integration • Understanding on sensors and actuators from principle to application • Advanced documentation skill, good presentation skill is preferred • Good planning and summary ability • Basic worldwide intercultural skills • Passionate, open mindset, result-driven and collaborative working style • Fruitful skills of communication and coordination 任职要求： • Bachelor or above, overseas study or/and working background is better • 3-year working experience in automotive industry, more than 5-year is better • Fluent English-speaking skill is mandatory • Structured thinking is preferred
