- Regional Digital Product Champion · Actively supports sales manager to gain business for digital product, from the first customer contact until handover to execution team in the region. * Execution of customer campaigns together with global team for digital product in the region * Assess power plants and equipment in order for sales team to develop digitalization/modernization business opportunities. * Provide technical service, consulting, and product demonstration to customers for digital products * Lead offering process, provide both technical and sales proposal on Digital product to CMMs/OUs. * Gain knowledge of asset owners/markets’ requirement & challenges in going digital, and assist product managers in developing and delivering solutions. * Project manage tasks associated with sales and delivery of solutions. * Build digitalization and modernization technical database and manage technical documents. * Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience. * Monthly reporting according to the requested format. * Assist the respective manager and OU on the project acquisition plan. * Provide market information for sales team to update Sales Force on regular and timely basis. · Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure consistent growth of the company. · Contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties for risk mitigation strategy Employee Profile (Desired) Professional Experience & Education Specific skills & Knowledge (Ex: Language, IT skills) · A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Digital engineering/Computer Science. · 8-12 Years of experience in digitalization, preferably in power plant and equipment domain. · Have hands-on development and/or delivery of digital solutions · Experience of handling utility and/or asset owners’ O&M teams · Should have skills to solve complex issues and drive solutions amicably. Analytical decision maker who is capable of making timely decisions with occasionally incomplete information. · Frequent travelling and working in dynamic and fast pace environment · Good English and any other Asian language command · Computer Knowledge and skills: MS Office, Scheduling · Existing working relations with relevant asset owners and staff is valued
