职位介绍: 职责描述： 1. Understand division business development strategy for the focused customer segments, explore customer demand and trends of target market as well as setup market study strategy 理解公司各事业部重点客户群体的开发战略，发掘目标市场的客户需求和趋势，制定市场调研战略 2. Responsible for analysis and investigation of competitors sales strategy, product positioning & roadmap 负责对行业竞争对手的销售战略，产品定位及新产品路线进入分析及调研 3. Drive local for local product development strategy, simultaneously work with divisions and sales team to deliver the product successfully to the market 制定本地化产品发展战略，与事业部和销售部等相关部门紧密合作并成功进行产品市场推广 4. Responsible of the development and management of assigned product portfolios, as well as supplier sourcing 负责相应产品的开发和管理，以及供应商开发 5. Price negotiation with suppliers 与供应商进行价格谈判 6. Prepare sufficient training documents and catalogs for training purpose - this is not KPI, more like activities 制定内容充分的培训材料和样册供培训使用 7. Deliver effective new product trainings for sales team and divisions 对销售部和事业部进行有效的新产品培训 8. Support and maintain the internal product management system, as well as product label, package, presenting. 支持相关部门并一起完成对产品管理的系统维护，以及产品标签、包装和呈现 9. Other works assigned by company 公司分派的其他工作任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above, architectural engineering, civil engineering or related major 本科及以上学历，建筑工程、土木工程或相关专业 2. Engaged in the construction industry or technical design experience in building fasteners is preferred 从事建筑行业或有建筑紧固件相关技术设计经验的优先考虑 3. More than 3 years of management experience in building materials, fasteners and other products, e.g. anchor, rails, or work experience in building construction or design; 有3年以上类似建筑材料、紧固件等产品的管理经验，如锚栓，支架等，或建筑施工或设计的工作经验； 4. Market and sales oriented mindset, strong capabilities to define product strategy and implementation 具备市场及销售导向思维，优秀的产品战略制定及执行能力 5. Good written and spoken English skills 优秀的英语读写能力 6. Excellent Microsoft skills, e.g. CAD, EXCEL, PPT 优秀的办公软件能力，如CAD制图，Excel，PPT等 7. Willingness to travel 能适应经常出差 8. Very strong team coordination ability and project-driving ability, including set up business planning 优秀的团队协调能力和项目驱动力, 包括制定业务发展计划
