职位介绍
职责描述: 1. Expand Overseas Network coverage, develop & maintain relationships with the Overseas Agents & local customers. 2. Develop new business opportunities and generate profitable turnover in order to meet & exceed business target. 3. Formulate development strategies, supervise and monitor on execution. 4. Coordinate, negotiate and promote the best freight rate between our Pricing Department and the agents. 5. Implement the management on all network development teams. 6. Report to Network Committee Executive on agents’ needs, market intelligence, competitive activities, and suggestions for potential new products and services. 7. Ensure Agents Account Receivable within Credit Authorization at always. 任职要求: 1. Degree holder or relevant qualification in freight forwarding/logistics industry 2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in management of Overseas Agent development 3. Solid people management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill 4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English 6. High EQ and can work under pressure 7. Strong leadership, good management skill, target and result focus 8. Outgoing, aggressive, responsible and self-motivated 9. Available for frequent business travels
