Overall purpose of the job 职位概述 This role leads Marketing Center of Excellence for overall Keppel Land (key markets include China, Singapore, and Vietnam), and the role is also responsible for marketing and communication strategy development and go-to-market planning and execution for Keppel Land China. Key focus areas include: • For new business verticals the company is transitioning into e.g., Senior Living, this role is responsible for formulating branding strategy and brand guidelines at overall Keppel Land level, as well as developing go-to-market plans for key country markets (e.g., China, Singapore), through effective collaboration with business vertical leads and operation teams • For existing business verticals e.g., retail malls, as business needs arise, this role leads initiative-based taskforce to address performance in a focus area e.g., performance marketing, digital/social marketing, loyalty program refresh • Other priority areas include developing a brand architecture as well as brand guidelines that organize all our products and services across business verticals for overall Keppel Land, and delivering guidelines and best practices across marketing disciplines (e.g., performance marketing, loyalty) and across business verticals (e.g., retail malls, office assets) Main responsibilities 主要职责 • Develop branding strategy, brand guidelines, marketing and communications strategies and plans for new business verticals • Cultivate in-business marketing talents across disciplines for new business verticals e.g., digital marketing, social marketing, PR • For existing business verticals, as business needs arise, lead initiative-based taskforce to address performance in a focus area e.g., performance marketing, social commerce • Establish a brand architecture as well as brand guidelines that organize all our products and services across business verticals for overall Keppel Land • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for integrated marketing campaigns for China and as needed, at overall Keppel Land level, including content, creative, media selection, PR outreach, performance reporting, and continuous optimization • Evaluate and ensure compelling end-to-end customer experience delivery for all marketing activations to enhance brand perception and drive business results • Identify media and marketing technology trends and insights, and optimize activation plans and performance based on the insights • Develop guidelines and best practices for overall Keppel land across marketing disciplines (e.g., performance marketing, loyalty marketing) and across business verticals (e.g., retail malls) • Collaborate with country teams to ensure strategic alignment translates into local execution Competencies required 能力要求 • Passion for compelling customer experience • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen • Highly creative with deep experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate • Great story telling capability and experience interfacing effectively with different levels of management, as well as internal and external stakeholders • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin • Result-oriented and able to work under timeline pressure • Open minded and strong learning agility Qualification and experience required 资历及经验要求 • At least 10 years’ experience in a capacity overseeing marketing and communication activities for international brand(s) covering branding, PR, media activations, digital & social marketing, performance marketing, loyalty marketing, etc. • Rich experience in developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, digital advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, loyalty marketing activations, etc. • Prior experience leading marketing activities for multiple key Asian countries a big plus (in particular, China, Singapore, and Vietnam) • Overseas education and/or work experience a plus • Oral and written fluency in both English and Mandarin • Bachelor's degree or above
