- Education Background/ Experience Bachelor or above education in pharmaceutics, chemistry or related background. At least 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Special Knowledge Good project management skills, especially on pharma. or healthcare industry. Good knowledge and understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements. Skills on coordination, communication, organization, comprehensive judgement and problem solving. Demonstrated customer service acumen and the ability to interface effectively with marketing colleagues to achieve desired customer service results. Familiar with office software and ERP application. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Manages and supports all aspects of object planning, implementation, and monitoring, as well as coordinates the activities within site operations and Affiliate management, to affect a satisfactory flow of products to meet customer demands for APAC. Subsequently, ensure agreed key milestones and launch dates are achieved Aggressively support the Business development opportunities in APAC, Support to develop opportunities to support the Commercial business units with a closer working relationship Organize and support cost savings, supply, new product launches and due diligences Develop a strong collaborative relationship targeting internal & External development new product projects with the Consumer Health Care APAC Business Affiliates. Contributes to the production of high quality products by ensuring that all work is done in a manner that is compliant with cGMPs, SOPs, government regulations, and corporate policies and practices Ensure financial accountability of projects and contribute to the profitability of Consumer Health Care through the following deliverable Manage other Technical service project planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure project delivery on time Teamwork: Provide leadership to ensure that all relevant people, departments are appropriately included in the execution of projects. Ensure a collaborative, accountable and performance driven team environment focused on delivery of project key milestones and launched.
