- 职责描述： 1. You will need to identify backend industries representing best market for our products. Utilized available resources to become familiar with key issues affecting the businesses needing our services and identifies potential customers with the characteristics and business need for our products. 2. Paces the presentation, deals with business objections, and moves to the close in a timely manner. 3. Closes the sale with good closing ratio while maintaining appropriate profit margins. 4.Build and deepen customer coach relationships with, and bring to internal high level management team to support grow new business opportunity. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner. 5.Generating and developing business growth strategy, working collaboratively in matrix environment in order to optimize business results and open up opportunities at coverage accounts. 6.Drive business forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle. 7.Manage account finance investments such as eval and tool final payment 任职要求： 1. 6 years of proven working experiences in account management, product management or technical in 2. semiconductor industry, has AOI or bumping process background is strongly preferred. 3. Familiar with backend semiconductor ecosystem. 4. Experience working with matrix management team to achieve business objectives. 5. Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals. 6. Demonstrated strong communication skills (both in Chinese & English) and interpersonal skills through multiple levels and functions within company and within customers
