职责描述: Job Purpose and Impact The Assistant Customer Service Engineer will assist the regional application engineering leader in providing technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, helping them understand how we can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. In this role, you will assist to ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions (like the global technical guides, online calculation tools). The main technical aspects are related to the dielectric coolant liquids for transformer and reactor use, its characteristics and performance, its advantages compared with other type of insulating liquids. The role requires a certain level of transformer related knowledge, such as design optimization, manufacturing, testing, operation, and maintenance. Key Accountabilities Assist the regional application engineering leader to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers (transformer OEM, design institute, power grid company) to maintain existing business and gain new ones. Assist with commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments led by the regional application engineering leader. Support sales efforts to understand and solve basic customer issues following established process. Support strategic market development activities such as retrofilling old transformers with Cargill product. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Home based and travel up to ~60% of time. Other duties as assigned 任职要求: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent experience Two years of experience in transformer-related industry PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of two years of working experience in the technical department of transformer OEM, design institute or utility company Self-motivating, excellent collaboration skills and teamwork spirit Customer-facing experience English level: good reading and basic oral
