- 职责描述： This position is responsible for facilitating the global business development activities which support company strategic and business objectives. The role identifies, investigates, and analyzes new opportunities for strategic fit with our R&D and corporate objectives. As a member of the BD Team, this role plays a leading part in the business development activities in technology partnership and early-stage product licensing. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Execute business development strategy and plans • Interface with internal R&D functions in Drug Discovery and Development for external promotional efforts • Identifies potential partnership opportunities and candidates by researching industry publications and announcements and attending conferences; • Locates or proposes potential business deals by establishing and maintaining relationship with potential partners; • Lead the China BD team to develop negotiation strategies and positions by examining risks and potentials and estimating partners' needs and goals; 任职要求： Knowledge, Skills/Abilities & Experience to do the Job • Master’s degree required, Ph.D’s preferred, in life sciences from an accredited college or university; • 5-10 years in an R&D role (MNC preferred) with internal or external partnership involvement, familiar with pharmaceutical product life cycle. Additional business development experience highly desired; • Energetic self-starter with strong business acumen, detail- and results-orientated, and ability to work effectively in a fast evolving environment; • Exceptional communication (verbal, written and presentation) and inter-personal skills required • Highly capable of listening and articulating to reach mutual understanding; • Ability to multi-task, a strategic thinker with track record of sustained, high performance in current and past positions; • Demonstrated teamwork ability through effective working relationships.
