职位介绍: This position will be responsible for (1) Support Central Accounting Lead and responsible general ledger accounting and reporting processes and FP&A of Central ledgers. (2) Support Central Accounting Lead in month end closing activities for Central ledgers; work with Bratislava Business Centre (BBC) closely to ensure the integrity & accuracy of accounting records for Central ledgers; and to implement appropriate programs to continuously improve the reporting processes. (3) Support Central Accounting Lead Controller on financial data, analysis of financial results and preparation of consolidated plans and forecasts. (4) Support Central Accounting Lead in working with PWC in statutory compliance processes for Central ledgers (5) Support Central Accounting Lead in daily management of finance related activities related to Central Functions in APAC Responsibilities: • Responsible for month end closing activities and General Ledger Accounting • Prepare US GAAP account reconciliations for Central ledgers • Support the annual statutory audit, prepare PBC list and reconciliations at legal entity level based on US GAAP and PRC GAAP • Review and analyze the cost center expenses of all Corporate functions; Perform monthly financial results; Reconcile end-of-month accounts; Prepare variance commentary to Corporate and / or to different cost center owners if required. Support for LE Forecast of Corp entities • Support plant, BBC and central functions regarding accounting/financial issues. • Work with BBC to perform general accounting transactions activities and other accounting related initiatives in Central entities • Oversee all GL accounts in US GAAP and ensure expenses are properly recorded and classified in the general ledger. • Assists with financial and tax reporting schedules. • Analyze budget vs. actual expense variances • Provide necessary reports and analyses to internal and external auditors during the statutory/special audit. • Communicate and interface with business personnel on accounting issues.
