- 工作职责: To drive on the digital acceleration to enable business growth by utilizing data and technology for the continuous improvement on sales effectiveness and efficiency for D&B China. To champion and optimize the CRM system (SFDC.COM) to facilitate the end to end sales process covering leads management, accounts creation, opportunities tracking, sales/revenue forecast, order & invoice tracking. To establish and maintain a reliable and agile sales performance tracking mechanism including process, data flow and interface. Continuously maintain sales policies to manage sales behavior to be in line with the company objectives. 任职要求: Bachelor or above; Proven working experience on end to end digital project is preferred. Strong understanding and experience implementing Lean Process Management (e.g. Six Sigma), problem solving & critical thinking; Fluent English for both written and oral;
