职位介绍: Introduction Client Technical Specialists (CTP) are the technical experts and advisors to clients, IBM sales teams and/or IBM Business Partners. As a CTP you understand the client's business requirements, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape. You apply your business insights, build and maintain client relationships, incorporate hardware, software and services into client-valued solutions and ensure client readiness for the implementation of technical solutions. Your Role and Responsibilities * Understand and capture clients’ requirements on the required services and offering from IBM Data & AI, and translate into operational solution designs to attain of client’s objectives * Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through comprehensive knowledge of IBM AI Apps solutions, offerings, strategies, and direction as it relates to the client's business, infrastructure, and industry * Propose and demonstrate platforms, designs and infrastructure solutions to clients IBMReferred_AsiaPacific Required Technical and Professional Expertise * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent * More than 2 years of IT or industry-related development experience in engineering function; sound knowledge on lifecycle data management * College graduates with excellent communication skills and relevant technical internship experience will also be considered * Fast learner with growth mindset; eager to learn about cutting edge technologies Good communication skills of both in English and Chinese * Hand-on experience of IBM Engineering tools is a plus * Knowledge on Requirements Engineering, Project Management, Test Management or Model-based design is a plus Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise n/a In response to your application or your interest about job positions, your information will be used by IBM to assess your skills, qualifications; verify your information and conduct relevant and appropriate legally permitted pre-employment verification checks; communicate with you about new jobs and careers opportunities and the recruitment process including any interviews; complete the selection process; conduct surveys and research activities with objective of improving IBM’s recruiting process; and perform analysis of our applicant pool in order to better understand who is applying to positions at IBM and how to attract top talent.
