- As Area Sales Representative, your essential job functions will include the following: Account Contact and Sales • Work as a team with account managers to achieve sales and KPI goals • Achieve the sales target for each month, and provide action plan and feedback to manage any obstacles in attaining such targets • Communicate key initiatives and program value to ensure commitment • Effectively implement Dealer Tire solutions as directed by the Account Manager • Develop and maintain contact schedule with dealers based on OEM program requirements • Submit timely contact reports, forecasts and travel requests to sales management as required • Effectively diagnose opportunities for each dealership • Assess, reinforce and implement processes and elements across the service lane • Analyze and identify training needs of dealership staff • Provide coaching and training to SA’s and other 4S aftersales personnel • Conduct market competitive shops to provide market competitive price information • Perform inventory analysis and collaborate with Inside Account Manager and Service and Parts Managers to determine appropriate product mix and inventory levels • Collaborate with the dealership to optimize merchandising components • Resolve customer service issues related to any account activity Other Duties as Assigned Position Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Prior experience in retail selling • Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in Chinese • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English preferred • Skilled at taking in many inputs, prioritizing and executing • Ability to build relationships at all levels and good communication with dealer management and Dealer Tire • Training and coaching 4S aftersales personnel. Requires ability to speak publicly in medium to small groups • Strong and quick assessment skills • Strong customer relationship skills • Experience in the 4S channel and tire industry is a plus Competencies Required • Positive Attitude • Flexibility • Customer Focus • Ability to influence others • Willingness to learn • Value Selling Physical Requirements • Extensive traveling to customer accounts (up to 4 nights per week, or more, depending upon assigned territory) Sitting for long periods of time Talking on the telephone for long periods of time 要求: 1. 有汽车售后市场零售经验 2. 有轮胎行业背景加分 3. 沟通能力强 4. 踏实、有潜力
