职责描述: Result Area Supports defining Strategy (where to play, how to win) and valuates building blocks to deliver on brand goals across category growth, pricing, Innovation and market share growth. Constructs multi-year PMCs P&Ls based on these assumptions and checks delivery to 2020 targets. Visibly leads value creation and brings multi-functional team together to deliver on opportunities identified and goals Understands Consumer, Category and Competition to “bring the outside in”. ie. Competitor performance (company, region, country levels), anticipate innovation, promo plans and P&L. Drive adherence to CPA-aligned Pricing Strategy on shelf vs competition and price laddering Leads analysis on choices by profitability / product mix Innovation financial analysis for portfolio of planned projects and post-launch tracking including tools such as Net Present Value, Price benchmarking, P&L sensitivity. Actively build on plans beyond lens of financials to maximize value and minimize risk. Drives A&P effectiveness and ensures investments are aligned to brand objectives of TA, SOV and drives recruitment, HH penetration and trial/repeat. Oversight and analysis on how funds are invested and propose changes to improve ROI. Partner with Procurement to deliver hard savings across A&P budgets. Govern A&P budgets including target setting, tracking and supporting the marketing teams with P2P and IO design. Proactively links into CPA Category teams in Singapore. Ensure delivery of targets aligned with CPA Category and leverage those in annual budgeting process. Continuously seeks best-in-class internally and externally as benchmarks to reapply, then actively use technology to create analytics, simplify and shorten leadtimes Drives ROI mindset and builds capability of multi-functional team on financial acumen Acts as steward for company and actively engages organisation on internal controls M&A / Partnership reviews 任职要求: Skills This role drives the brand and category performance agenda across business strategy, innovation and A&P Strong inter-personal skills, presence and influence to maintain effective professional relationships across all levels of the organization. Communicates effectively both verbal and written Highly analytical and able to deliver financial data in a user friendly and relevant manner Possesses business acumen and is keen about business drivers behind the numbers Deep understanding and curiosity on consumers and shoppers behaviors and what drives them Continually brings the outside in – consumers, customers, category, competition Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment and natural instinct to reach out to understand proactively help find ways of doing things better Highly self-motivated, self-start and results oriented. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and SAP ERP systems Knowledge Academic/ Professional Qualifications Education: MBA preferred, Relevant Tertiary Qualifications Professional qualification: Member of recognized accounting body or similar qualification (international) Experience 4-6 years of work experience Previous Commercial Finance experience Experience with working in professional and multinational company, preferably in FMCG Experience of Compliance and Controls
