Let’s Get Down to Business We desire to hire an eCommerce Sales Manager to lead top GMV ranking KOLs commercial management, and deliver assigned sales target. Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for: - Set up direct connection with top KOLs’ commercial team, weekly approach live stream calendar capture - Tracking on overall EC monthly Top50 KOL GMV ranking and develop integrated activation plan to deliver live stream sales target - Drive key products sales growth through concrete targeted KOLs based on clear classification of customers’ needs in different EC channels and platforms - Optimize EC channel portfolio based on sales priorities and segmentation; - Coordinate and leverage demands planning of key products classified to promote on different EC platforms - Drive sales efficiency through well-designed product assets, delivering clear selling point messages to targeted consumers and attracting new users - Fully deliver assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales target per the responsible EC channel/ store - Ensure effective spending on internal/external platforms and stores, make sure good performance of contribution margin. Being a matrix organization with local and regional reporting lines and having multiple local and global supply points, stakeholder management and good timely communication will be the keys to be successful in this role. We’ll need you to be comfortable taking the reins and guiding your colleagues along the way. We are looking for the following skills and experience: - Bachelor’s degree or above - Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, minimum 3 years’ in EC related experience - Personal care and beauty category related are preferred - MCN related experience is a plus - Strong track record on live stream performance - Experience from set up to result delivery - Positive and self-motivated with can-do attitude - Strategic thinking, independent action of accountabilities - Demonstrate strong learning agility - Embraces and initiates changes - Advanced in English both written and spoken - Open-minded with sophisticated communication and coordination skills
