Act as the point person for all construction consultants and architects in order to execute corporate specifications and work plans within set budgets and time frames. Ensure the store concept is applied properly and review the quality of the construction in China Market.
To control the maintenance operation cost according Pandora’s policies; To establish and implement the preventive maintenance plan, daily, monthly, and emergency maintenance routines, in order to keep all store facility fully functional all the time; Approval of maintenance orders within the defined thresholds; Track and maintain project costs-to-date through the approval of all invoices utilizing the department project accounting tracking reports; Gives advice to teams about technical feasibility, timings, energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness; Ensures the quality of the implementation and adherence with brand identity; Implements global maintenance procedures, manuals, guidelines, tools and policies to ensure local roll out within defined KPIs in terms of quality and costs; Ensuring that facilities meet Government Regulations and environmental, H&S standards; Vendor management (facilities service providers, warehouse, lighting supplier, etc. ); Provide Guidelines or suitable training to relevant stakeholders; Collaborate and communicate with all parties involved such as landlords, authorities, suppliers as well as internal stakeholders. Coordinate with the Brands’ Retail Team to ensure all store operation needs are addressed prior to turnover (e.g. registers are installed and programmed, security systems and CCTV equipment are operational, etc. ).; Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers and internal customers; Leads, coaches and supervises the his/her entire team; Coordinates with related departments and public authorities to solve the project issue.
Proactive, organized and detail-minded; Proficient in written English and Chinese, and know daily working spoken English; Have proven extensive project management / team management experience, preferable in branded fashion retail business; Be able to multi-task and manage priorities; Previous Maintenance & Engineering experience; Awareness of cost and cost avoidance within all facilities related activities; Excellent communication skills with ability to influence key stakeholders in a corporate environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
