Store Design and Construction Supervisor is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of retail stores across China.
Assist in planning of store layout and design, Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure the project is executed according to plan, Coordinate furniture order to ensure timely opening, Monitor timeframe and checkpoints on project status, Monitor and report work progress with site visits, Handle project documentation, Coordinate with operations team for maintenance, Hand-over of the project and follow up on the punch list at completion stage.
Minimum 3 years of experience with store planning and project management, College or above of interior design, construction or relevant field, Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision, Proactive, organized and detail-minded, Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties, Flexible and able to work under pressure, Proficient in written English and Chinese, and know daily working spoken English, Proficient in Autodesk Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, MS office and basic knowledge for hand-drawn drawings, perspectives and structural drawings.
