- Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end side feature development o conduct customer specification analysis, join feature-related technical discussion with customer, finalize feature solution against customer requirement o lead feature function development in platform manner with the input from Aptiv engineering road map, automotive market trend, and customer requirement o conduct feature performance tuning, including test case design, test data analysis, and issue trouble shooting o release feature package to project per plan with quality o maintain tool chain to serve feature development / delivery o solve feature issue reported by customer and from after-sale market Requirements: - Unwavering in the pursuit of excellence to always want to make the product and process better but with a realistic mindset of what is achievable and available in the near term. - Attention to detail and not them in the midst of program pressure - Endurance to follow through completely to reach the goal of customer satisfaction and on time delivery - Respectful, transparent and selfless in relating to peers, and superiors, across all competency teams. - Good English language capability in reading, writing and verbal communication - Strong self-learning and independent working capability in feature design and problem solving, especially under stressful environment - Willingness to stay up late to take calls and form relationships with global teams - knowledge of vehicle sub-system applying in ADAS / AD area - knowledge of ADAS / AD features and related regulations - knowledge of ISO26262 FuSa applying in ADAS / AD area - knowledge of perception sensors applying in ADAS AD area Skill Requirements: § MATLAB/GUI, C or C++, Python § Polraion or equivalent, JIRA or equivalent § Vector tools, e.g. CANoe, CANalyzer § CAN, Diagnostics
