Work closely with VM for the in-store display and windows to maintain a global image and also drive sales Be responsible for the merchandise distribution, stock allocation and transfer to balance total China stock in each store. Key person to communicate with retail team for children's seasonal merchandising strategy. PROVIDE MARKET INSIGHTS On-going communication with Central Merchandising Team on local market needs and specific China requests; In touch with local trends and competitor awareness in pricing, trend, quality and products offers; Training Responsible for the Seasonal Product training to the local Retail teams Routine Work Run routine daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze data weekly to identify current sales trend, inventory situation, and opportunities, recommending action plan. Consolidate whole team's reports, feedbacks and ad-hoc projects to Merchandising head; Seasonal Carry Forward Go-In calculation and markdown suggestions. Closely monitor delivery from Italy/Hongkong Hub to China; Support local retail team on merchandising requests; 任职要求：
