职位描述: - Under the guidance of National Head and national e-Commerce manager, the role will partner with e-Commerce annual e-marketing campaigns and trade development. - Lead e-commerce agency partners to manage all aspects of Remy Cointreau China e-commerce flagship store business including merchandise planning, rolling forecast. Promotional campaigns, site design, customer service, and data reporting and analysis. Through strategic trade plans to help business accelerate. - Assistant e-Commerce manager on developing customized POSM and new product concept development. - Work with BD Team to ensure consistent pricing strategy and through competitor analysis to show our pricing is reasonable and competitive. - Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact of e-commerce business for cross functional partners; and manage projects ensuring that all deadlines are met and that results are delivered on budget and within expectations - Work with agency partner and digital marketing manager, develop and oversee the effective planning on new business opportunity, including internal platform contents like live-streaming, short videos, e-c private zone operations. - Act as marketing leading role of St.Remy project from global branding team to distributors. - Proactively communicate the status of projects to business owners and key stakeholders as needed; manage project deliverables/launch expectations with all business owners
Education, Experience and Competency： 教育，经验及技能要求： Education 教育: - Bachelor’s degree Language Skill 语言能力： - Fluent English and Mandarin required; No issue for written and verbal English communication. Professional Experience 专业经历： - Minimum 2~4 years of work experience with 1`2 years of strategic e-commerce management experience with the proven ability to develop/implement and manage a successful e-commerce business in China. - Proven experience in working with Tmall, JD, Suning and so on. - Must have ability to write and read in English, if could speak in English is better - Strong understanding of retail inventory and managing inventory risk; able to develop merchandising strategies to ensure high inventory turnover and high margins - Knowledge of various online marketing channels in China across both web and mobile channels - Ability to work and align within a complex organization with multiple stakeholders - Strong analytic skill to evaluate business opportunity and draw insights - Be able to communicate complex business ideas to different level of audiences, understanding China e-commerce rules of game and be able to lead negotiation and manage partnership in a win-win case. - Prior agency or CPG/FMCG background preferred.
