- Purpose of position: To develop testing machine and to prevent relevant production issue. Job Responsibilities: The Testing Engineer is coordinating/participating production specification preparation and testing machine development, including Standard EOL development. 1 Participate Head Lamp/Rear Lamp production specification preparation. 2 Responsible of the implementation of AL manufacturing guide line, from the start of new projects. 3 Coordinate with HQ on BUS Communication info transferring. 4 Coordinate/participate testing equipment development/setup/validation, including HL pre-aiming/aiming, RL light test. 5 Participate standard EOL (HL Aiming) development, mainly on electrical/vision/software setup and test. 6. To support other kind of machine/system development, e.g.Industry 4.0/DSM etc. Qualifications: Below qualification is mandatory 1. Degree in technical computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent 2. Professional experience in software development with a high-level programming language (e.g.Java, C # or LabView) 3. Basic Know-how on electronic components and circuits 4. Experience with a serial bus-system (automotive busses like CAN, LIN preferred) 5. Experience with PLC programming (Siemens mandatory /beckoff is preferred) 6. General interest also for non-electrical technical fields (e.g. mechanics, optics) 7. Structured and systematic work 8. Proficient in Oral and written English 9. Williingness to travel 10. 5 years experience in engineering position Below qualification is preferred. 1. Experience in automation and systems engineering is an advantage 2. Experience in automotive electronics, diagnosis and the appropriate diagnostic tools 3. Knowledge of the ODX standards, UDS, KWP2000, LIN and CAN communication 4. Knowledge of image processing Capabilities & Desired Characteristics: 1. Good team player & team motivator in an internal environment, 2. Excellent communication skills with plants and central functions, 3. Strong responsibility.
