职责描述： 1. Strategy account management to establish strong relationships with all relevant functional groups within the customer organizations through frequent visit and teleconferences; 2. Fully engage the top focused customers and find all the opportunities to present Cree SiC & GaN products by leveraging the deep understanding to the customers and its system know-how; 3. Identify all the sockets with FAE team, and provide basic technical support as warranted by the customer to assist DIN/DWIN developments or resolving quality inquiries; 4. Provide quarterly revenue forecast with accuracy and analytical details for the customers. Meet and exceed assigned revenue on continuous growth targets. 5. Manage distributors to ensure sales objectives are achieved. This will include identifying potential partners and continually evaluating existing partners effectiveness/performance to meet their sales objectives. 6. Dig out and share competitive market information to management team and BU team, and drive the direction of product marketing and development. 7. New customer prospecting to increase market penetration for existing applications.
任职要求： 1. BSEE or equivalent technical degree; 2. 3 years semiconductor selling experience, with a Power specialty; 3. Self-motivator with strongly drive to achieve business objectives; 4. Strong problem-solving skills and negotiating skills; 5. Demonstrated systematic approach to managing personal sales process and documenting customer situations; 6. Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English.
