Responsibilities: • Analyze and identify potential opportunities along the sales flow to enhance the internal operating effectiveness and efficiency • Design the initiatives with clear approach, key deliverables and timeline, and drive the implementation by collaborating with division commercial excellence team • Track the implementation progress and results at division level, and provide necessary support when needed • Drive and manage continuous optimization of sales processes to improve sales force effectiveness • Set up the working mechanism with division commercial excellence teams on business information collection, and develop corporate level managerial reports • Support division commercial team on solving ad-hoc sales related issues
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years working experience (MBA preferred) • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities and business acumen • Excellence communication skills and good at cross-functional project management • Capable to work in a matrix organization and influence others to achieve results • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
