Amazon Global Selling CN online marketing team in continuously supporting overall Amazon Global Selling CN prospective selling partners’ acquisition and existing selling partners’ education, as well as branding awareness enhancement. We’re now seeking an experienced social media manager who will lead CNGS new social media development and video content production. He/she will work closely with customers, brand marketing team, product marketing team, and business team to drive CNGS brand awareness and attract potential customers.
Basic qualifications · Define CNGS social strategy on new social media, especially Douyin and other emerging video platforms, keep CNGS social stay on top of trends. · Build and maintain a strong network and long-term partnerships with new media and influencers, identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations · Work with internal stakeholders and manage agencies for social campaign planning, management and execution. · Strategically and efficiently create highly topical trending content to increase brand relevance, foster social conversation. · Build clear business metrics and reports to track, reflect and improve channel performance · Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations to improve channel quality and to empower stakeholders
Preferred qualifications · Fluent in English and Chinese, especially excellent in spoken English · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience · 5+ years working experience , 3+ years in social/video content production · Deep understanding of how social content functions on Douyin and other social media as well as a strong desire to continue learning · Passion for storytelling, listening to what the community has to say, and providing engaging experiences in the social space · Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices · Ability to use data and metrics to channel performance, determine improvements and innovations
