1. Developing SOP for credit assessment, approval and contract settlement, booking; Draft relevant guidelines/manual documents, and maintain those documents according to risk policy & business requirements. 2. Collecting customer credit info according to the requirements of risk & business; Support risk building up relevant risk/rating models and score cards. 3. Define business KPIs and jointly with risk review the performance of credit and settlement. 4. Develop and perform relevant business training program, to secure the operation quality and credit assessment level (internal or external), improve overall sense of credit risk. 5. Overall daily management on operations of credit and settlement; Monitor and responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of credit assessment/settlement; Partially responsible for delinquent rate. 6. Responsible for the internal/external communication regarding business operations in the relevant scope. 7. Responsible for submission and accuracy of relevant business data and reports.
任职要求： Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in economics or business management, master degree preferred. 2. 6 years relevant experience in Captive AFC or leasing companies 3. Strong capability on data analysis and communication 4. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation 5. Familiar with Fin-Tech, relevant project experience preferred 6. English skills
