职责描述： 1. Supporting to application study of existing portfolio in different categories, such as: soup, sauce, process meat and non-dairy beverage as well. 2. Supporting to benefits evaluation of new launched products and its potential application study in local categories. 3. Collaboration on reformulation and optimization of current products due to materials replacement, regulation change or cost saving. 4. Technical support on commercial projects, including application experiments, products recommendations, troubleshooting, customer communications and feedback collections. 5. Working closely with TSM to assist in technical presentation editing, demo development and preparation are also required. 6. Editing and management of SHE documents of savory lab. 7. Responsible to sample management including safe inventory maintaining, sample request and sample delivery as well. 8. Responsible to lab consumable management.
任职要求： 1. More than 3 years’ experience on research & development of savory products or application of savory ingredients. 2. Bachelor degree or above major in food technology and related professions. 3. Familiarity with savory soup and process meat development, the experience in beverage or dairy development will be a plus. 4. Good English writing and speaking skills. 5. Interested in technical work, team spirit, responsible. 6. Compliance with all company policies is required.
