Responsibility/岗位职责 In charge of payroll management including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation, payroll payment on time, statement analysis. Manage HR Vendor to make sure all payroll with no mistake Maintain and manage HRIS system (Oracle and Citiray). Be responsible for budget, monthly forecast report, HR data collection and analyst, mark sure all data report correct In charge China C&B harmonization. Lead, perform or be able to drive for success of the payroll project for JVs by fact findings, consolidate data, liaise with HR counterparts or management and proposal writing Develop & implement Compensation & Benefits policies and programs in accordance with the company pay philosophy including variable pay, benefit program and retention program for China; Review and optimize incentive plan and bonus plan. Coordinate with SSC to optimize the internal flow.
Requirement/岗位要求 Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years' solid HR experience with proven experience in compensation & benefits or projects. Analytical and problems solving abilities with can-do attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties Good interpersonal skills with excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficient in Excel.
