Execute the communication strategy aligned with global/regional guideline and local market strategy together with Medical Affairs & Marketing & Sales to advance Walvax’s business goals and strategic/business priorities, mainly including: 1. Operate the Global Marketing website and other related media platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RSS, Youtube, writting promotion articles, designning pictures, shooting scripts based on products characteristics for different markets and optimize structure, presenting ways, contents of all the platforms mentioned above. 2. Develop and manage relationships and collaborate with media in different markets on various levels and initiate ideas to promote Walvax objectives 3. Schedule and oversee communication activities including drafting and disseminating informative press-releases, preparing and holding product release conferences, engagement events and interviews to promote the Walvax brand overseas 1. Master degree and above in biology, medcine etc. 2. Outgoing, enthusiastic, good at communication 3. Strong written and verbal communication ability in English and Mandarin. Sensitive to different cultures and reader's habitat. 4. High level of innovation in terms of developing processes, getting attention and engagement, producing communication tools and materials, evaluating results. 5. Delicate handling of messages when dealing with external stakeholders and skills and persuasive negotiation skills in working across functions. 6. Good understanding of pharma industry & products, media and communication will be a plus, especially familiar with vaccine related knowledge and working experience.
