Responsibilities Good customers relationships building and maintain Cooperate with the project team to promote the new product development, including tracking the new products schedule, make quotation, confirm specification, arrange samples, follow up new products order, certification order, tooling order etc. Regular order, delivery, payment checking and monitor BOM, PTS and artwork checking ECR&ECN checking and tracking Existing products proposal to the current customer with new brand Reception customer visiting and visit customer Attend the regular conference call with customer and monitor all the open issues close Daily e-mails response to customer Qualifications and requirements University Bachelor degree; 8 years of Key Account Management experience at least, multi-national company and manufactory working experience. With international economics and trade experience Proficient in English language, at least can handle conference call well, other foreign language is a plus Capability of independent work and self-responsible Self-motivating, willing to take challenging assignments High EQ With good team work spirit
