职责描述： - Be responsible for process quality and customer quality of assigned project. - Review the quality performance, define and track the quality improvement projects. - Be in charge of standardizing the process quality control as well as relative customer quality issue and supplier quality issue. - Be responsible for managing key aspects of the customer quality relationship. - Work with internal/external groups to drive customer concerns towards timely solutions. - Customer quality, be responsible for customer quality/customer requirement monitor, tracking, reporting, customer quality data system management.
任职要求： - Knowledge of quality standards (IATF16949), VDA6.3. - Familiar with IATF16949 Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, etc. - Bilingual in Chinese, read and writing in English. - Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers. - Good experience with quality issue management. e.g. Analyze data of detect quality problems and recommend corrective action. - Analytical problem solving. - Good data analysis and reporting skill. - Good coaching ability in quality data analysis, logical thinking.
