职责描述： - Be responsible for establishing/maintaining a stable process/customer quality control system, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Quality supervisor should establish annual quality targets and review the performance frequently for continuous quality improvement. - Leading the QA group and perform continuous improvement activity by pulling together best practice and processes. Be in charge of standardizing the process quality control as well as relative customer quality issue and supplier quality issue. - Be responsible for managing key aspects of the customer quality relationship. - Work with internal/external groups to drive customer concerns towards timely solutions. - Customer quality representative, be responsible for customer quality/customer requirement monitor, tracking, reporting, customer quality data system management.
任职要求： - Knowledge of quality standards (IATF16949), VDA6.3. - Familiar with IATF16949 Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, etc. - Above 8 years automotive mechanical process quality, customer quality. At least more than 2years quality supervisor leading QE experience. - At least 3 year continuous work experience in a formal good reputation company (it’s better a foreign company). - Press industry background, familiar with high speed slot punching product & process is preferred.
