职责描述： Job Description: •The role is to enable distributor to grow cosmetic store dedicate portfolio business via allure counsellor training design and delivery. •Focus on sell-through program execution, and distributor organization capability building. •Handle regional beauty counsellor training plan and content design. •Responsible for in-store training deliver, distributor trainer mentorship and development. •Take in charge of key consumption period campaign design and execution.
Qualification： • Strong leadership and ownership, to think and act as a cosmetics store business specialist. • Basic planning/selling/interpersonal communication skills and strong training and mentorship capability • Deep understanding of cosmetic store shopper insight and Key Business Driver(KBD) • A flexible schedule of frequent business travel. • Bachelor Degree • Basic communication skill in English
