JOB PURPOSE Responsible for successful completion of the sales management trainee training program and meet requirements of account manager.
JOB ASSIGNMENT • Make sales plan with mentor for the assigned accounts and territory • Make daily sales call to assigned accounts • Develop prospect list for sales opportunities • Analyze, identify, and create customer needs for RA products and leverage RA resources to meet customer needs • Qualify, follow through, and close the qualified sales opportunities coached by mentor for assigned accounts • Maintain relationships and satisfaction with assigned customers • Work with market access partners during the keep, find, and close process
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 0-5 years of working experience, good skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management. • Basic understanding of industrial automation and information products (specifically Motion Control, Drive System, MES / Information System, Component Industry Control, Services & Solutions, etc.). • Entry level in Industry Knowledge, partner development, End-user/OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of EU/SI or OEM customers) • Drive results, manage stressful environments with professionalism • Good relationship skills (Customer Focus/Motivator) LANGUAGE SKILL • Good English language proficiency in both written and spoken English
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS • MBA or Master degree in Science and Engineering related discipline preferred, including but not limited to: - Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Theory, Computer Science, etc.
