Duties and Responsibilities:: 1. Bachelor degree and above; 2. 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce industry, deep understanding of online business/customer/consumer of China markets; 3. Proven track record as owner of successful online product would be highly preferred; 4. Impact and influencing skills with different stakeholders across business; 5. Initiative, result focused and ability to drive business improvement; 6. Open minded with strategies thinking, understanding of profitability calculations; 7. Excellent English both in written and in oral.
Requirements: 1. Launch and roll out marketplace for HCC existing customers and new customers; 2. Setting the right strategies and priorities to increase sales volume and profitability of this channel, to increase merchandise diversity and develop says volume, and increase by categories, development and implementation of promo actions/campaigns; 3. Manages the team to achieve a better conversion of existing customers thanks to marketplace channel.
