As a member of Somfy core project team, you will drive with suppliers the deployment of Somfy supplier project development APQP approach fulfilling product and process requirements and leading to robust mass production performance.
1,Catch and explain Somfy project need to suppliers 2,Manage incoming components quality. 1),Identify which critical dimensions is critical at new project. 2),Validate the result of new sample check report. 3),Update the critical dimensions and inspection plan. 4),Manage material qualification at suppliers for new project. 5),Ensure the dimension measurement tool and method is correct. 3,Drive supplier product and process definition with suppliers 4,Validate product and process at suppliers. 5,Manage corrective action plan with suppliers is correct and effective . 1),Organize suppliers’ 8D management process. 2),Manage suppliers for good parts to start the line. 3),Implement the corrective action to ensure the new project done as well. 4),Audit the supplier to validate the result for corrective actions at new project. 6,Supplier quality management for long term quality improvement. 1),Conduct supplier audit (process audit and system audit) 2),Check suppliers’ process capability and audit suppliers process control at the new project milestone 3),Conduct supplier DFM review and supplier quality documentation review, such as Flow-chart,P-FMEA,Control plan,MSA,CPK 4),Align the LD’s spec requirement with supplier ,ensure supplier understand. 5),ECN change management for LD and supplier. 7,Contribute to supplier continuous improvement program.
