职责描述： Job Summary Senior merchandise supervisor should have a strong understanding of the business and how to achieve and/or exceed Company targets/goals. Brand manager is in charge of all brand-related purchasing (including product, props, spare parts). Merchandiser should have a strong understanding of the overall business direction (including existing and potential sales situation) and be able to assist in the communication with Principal on direction and strategy, while being mindful of overall brand direction.
任职要求： Responsibilities: Buying Create OTB based on company targets and strategy Promptly submit orders keeping in mind lead times, launch times, product ordering schedules and payment terms Study brand’s offering and decide whether relevant for China market Work with logistics team to ensure smooth receipt of goods Sell-thru management and inventory management – meet company targets on sell-thru Analyze actual sales trends of products and suggest ways to meet or exceed sell-thru targets Communication with the sales team to gain understanding of sales trends in specific retail channels Monitor inventory levels and provide suggestions to relevant groups Pricing strategy Set Retail price strategy keeping in mind margin levels and maximizing sales potential Forecasting/Reporting Provide forecasts to brand company as needed Create forecasts and cross check with sales team to ensure proper buy Create and maintain reports on adhoc basis as requested by Principals and Management Defective Goods Maintain and establish clear guidelines on defective standards Control the level of defective goods and ensure that credits are received Work with logistics team to dispose and/or utilize for spare parts supplies Principal Communication Receive and digest brand information to share with Brand Communication team Be a window of communication with Principals to understand products and brand direction/strategy Provide relevant business and product information to Principal Business Analysis Understand our existing and potential channels to assess current and future business strategies Strong understanding of product-specific trends and weaknesses Study potential brand’s market potential and create reports to assess business size Be able to summarize business plans to communicate with Principal
